This is my art for Term 1 2017!

This is the concept art of my character. Her left eye is red with a star-shaped scar over it and her right eye is hazel. She's a sorceress that can control fire, ice, thunder and water. She has about 7 black dreadlocks and a dress made of flax and feathers.

P.A.T.s

This week we have our P.A.T.s. We have the tests every day at Period 2.

Learning Conferences

This week on Thursday 23rd we have our Learning Conferences. The students come with their families to discuss their next steps in learning.

Te Reo Maori

This week in Te Reo Maori, we discussed our family tree. Matua Corey was away, so he sent us all a Google Doc with our task. The task contained 6 tables. The first was details about our dad, the second was details about our mum, the third was details about us and the last three were details about people we look up to. I only finished one of the last three because I don't really 'look up' to many celebrities.

This is the brief rundown of Week 4

Kete Week 6

My monster is Joat the Goat. She is vary wary and scared of almost everything, but tries to frighten things. When she gets angry or too determined to do something, however, she won't hesitate to hurt someone who gets in her way with her Fire magic.

She has white fur and wears a green and yellow dress. When using magic, her dress changes to a purple and white one and her bright red eyes glow purple. She also loves flowers, especially buttercups. She is best friends with Nostrich the Ostrich. Her favourite place to go is the patch of buttercups near her house.

I have been practising a motion sequence for the Ocean. I am a vortex, and I just spin around and around(I get super dizzy). I have a completely random movement pattern.

Bees Poster LO2

This shows I have exceeded LO2 because I have independently explained the impact of changes in the environment on living things, and have given examples of how we can minimise the negative impacts.
